The hotel was spotlessly clean, there were friendly professional and well organized staff and complementary breakfasts. Our location was comfortable and magnificent close to casino.

Came in Charles Town to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was convenient base for doing it. This location was great, really close to charlestown, sheperdstown and harpers ferry, the Casino at Charles Town and the restaurants. Furthermore, very close to everything.

Ideal hotel, truly wonderful staff, good wi-fi. Great location in Charles Town near to the racetrack and casino, shopping, casino, restaurants, and grocery store. Also, very close to everything. Well-appointed and big unit with a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator.

The hotel offers cereals and hot waffles for breakfast. It has marvellous, excellent setting, just off stores and restaurants, Racetrack / Casino, and West Virginia.

There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, including cereals and hot waffles. Booked a room with essentials. The location was magnificent to casinos. Tried some takeout specials at Burger King, luckily it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

Breakfasts were substantial with egg and protein selections, waffles, cereals, yogurts, etc. The staff at the breakfast were accommodating and gracious. Location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions. Construction in the area was noticeable but minimal on the weekends. Extraordinary measures were taken to maintain cleanliness.
